What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time at Dynamic Hotels is from 3:00 PM, while the check-out time is at 12:00 PM. These times are designed to offer guests maximum convenience and efficient flow during their arrival and departure.
Depending on availability, many of our special rates like our gastronomic package for two include the option of Late Check-Out, providing greater flexibility during your stay.
How much does Wi-Fi cost?
The Wi-Fi service is included in all our rooms at no additional cost. The Wi-Fi access key will be provided to guests upon arrival at the hotel, ensuring an immediate and convenient connection from the moment of check-in.
By the way, all bookings made through our website using the CloudBeds service include a complimentary Welcome Drink.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
During the summer months (typically from May to October, weather permitting), we have an outdoor swimming pool open to hotel guests. Located just a 2-minute walk from our facilities, this pool also features a restaurant service, making it the perfect complement after a day of relaxation on the beautiful beaches of Caldes de Estrac.
Note: The pool is available year-round for corporate events.
Do you have a spa on your premises?
While we do not have a spa directly at the hotel, we have an agreement with the renowned Titus Spa in Arenys de Mar.
This allows us to offer our guests a complete spa getaway package and a reservation service for various spa services at reduced prices, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as a complement to your stay with us.
Can I access the hotel’s gym?
Sport is an essential part of our hotel’s DNA. All our guests have access to the gym and are invited, at no additional cost, to participate in scheduled sports activities from Monday to Friday.
As an extra perk for sports enthusiasts, we offer complimentary mountain bike rental service, perfect for exploring the beautiful natural surroundings of Maresme.
Are pets allowed in your hotel?
At Dynamic Hotels, we welcome dogs and cats, including guide dogs. It is necessary to inform us about the weight and size of your pet to confirm their stay. Pet-friendly accommodation requires advance request due to a limit on the number of animals per night.
To do this, contact us directly after making your reservation. Additionally, there is a code of conduct for guests with pets, such as not leaving them alone in the room and keeping dogs on a leash in common areas.
Bookings
Is breakfast included in the reservation?
In our hotel, breakfast is included in all reservations. It is typically served in a buffet format from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
However, if a guest requests it, we can accommodate and serve breakfast earlier, ensuring maximum convenience for our guests.
Can extra or supplementary beds be requested?
We offer the option of supplementary beds for a cost of €35. This request should be made by phone to confirm availability in our inventory.
Children from 0 to 12 years old can stay for free by sharing their parents’ bed or by requesting one of our cribs at the reception (limited availability), making it convenient for families.
Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
We have family rooms that offer different spaces to accommodate groups or families, providing comfort and privacy.
We also have an apartment with a kitchen and living room designed for extended stays, offering a homely and spacious experience for our guests.
Does the hotel have parking facilities?
The hotel is located in the center of Caldes de Estrac, where blue zone parking areas are predominant. Free parking areas are about a 10-minute walk away.
For our guests staying in Dynamic rooms, we offer tickets for free parking in the blue zone. Additionally, we have reserved parking spaces in front of the hotel for guests booking our superior rooms. If you need a transfer, we have agreements with local taxi services.
How does half board and full board work at the hotel?
The hotel restaurant has different opening hours depending on the season: in winter, it is open only for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, and in summer, it is open for all services.
When making a pre-booking for half board or choosing the menu at check-in, a reduced price is applied. The cost of the menu under this condition is €16.80 on weekdays and €26.50 on Saturdays and Sundays, valid for both lunch and dinner services during the summer season.

What payment methods does the hotel accept?
We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as cash. For online transfers, we use the Stripe platform.
Please note that all reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 or older, and it is necessary to provide the ID card or passport of the guests to check-in at the hotel.
How do gift packs work?
All our packages available in the promotions section can be used as gift packs.
A pre-booking is made, and then the recipients confirm the day they want to enjoy their stay at the hotel. If needed, we can design a personalized gift card to complement the pack.
What are sports training camps?
Sports training camps are one of the flagship services of our hotel, designed for teams and athletes of all levels looking for a place to train and improve their performance.
Our facilities are ready to host these training camps, with prices starting from 70 euros per day, offering a comprehensive experience tailored to the needs of each team or individual athlete.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
We have a specialized events division that handles group management. Here, we manage everything related to company meetings and meals for large groups in our restaurant.

How can I obtain an invoice for my stay?
If you need an invoice for your stay, you can request it at the reception. We will proceed to send it via email within 1 to 3 business days, ensuring a convenient and efficient process for our guests.
