The night we dined there, there was a chill jazz performance. Perfect! All the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. "Due to work, I often stay in popular hotel chains like Meliá, NH, Holiday Inn... I can assure you that the friendliness and dedication of this hotel’s staff left me truly impressed. They should give coaching on customer care or customer orientation. As for the facilities, the pool and gym are quite good, and the terrace offers a nice skyline, sometimes with live music. Highly recommended, a very pleasant experience. I will return."

"Fantastic. We celebrated a birthday enjoying their wonderful pool and bar service right by it. Then, we enjoyed the variety and quality of dishes offered by their restaurant’s menu, with spectacular views: a panoramic view of the old town of the beautiful village of Caldes d’Estrac, nestled between two mountains with the sea in the background. But even better was the service, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the gestures of courtesy from the hotel director. A 10! Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating."
