General


What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the hotel and season. As a general reference, check-in is usually from 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm.

Depending on availability, many rates include the option of Late Check-Out to give you more flexibility during your stay.

Does Wi-Fi have an additional cost?

No. In all Dynamic Hotels, Wi-Fi service is included in your stay at no extra cost.

You can connect quickly and easily from the moment you arrive.

Bookings and cancellations

Cancellation policy (general): unless your booking specifies other conditions, we offer free cancellation within the deadline indicated in your booking confirmation. Deadlines may vary depending on season, rate type and hotel.

For group bookings (more than 5 rooms) specific policies apply.

Booking payment: the card used at the time of booking will be charged. Non-refundable rates must be paid at the time of booking and do not allow changes or cancellations.

Is breakfast included in the booking?

No. At Dynamic Hotels breakfast is not included in the rate.

This way we offer the most economical option possible to our guests, who can decide if they want to add this service during their stay.

Can extra beds be requested?

Yes. In many of our hotels it is possible to request extra beds or cribs at an additional charge, always subject to availability.

We recommend contacting reception to confirm your request.

Are there connecting rooms?

It depends on the property. In several of our hotels we have connecting rooms, ideal for families or groups.

We recommend checking with the specific hotel before your arrival.

Do the hotels have parking?

No. Our hotels do not have their own parking, but you can check with reception for the best parking options in each location.

Are pets allowed in the hotels?

Yes, at Dynamic Hotels Group pets are allowed with an additional charge. We recommend contacting the hotel directly after your booking to confirm availability, conditions and the exact cost.

What are sports stages?

Sports stages are one of our hotel’s flagship services, designed for teams and athletes of all levels looking for a place to train and improve their performance.

Our facilities are equipped to host these stages, with prices starting from 70 euros per day, offering a complete experience tailored to the needs of each team or individual athlete.

What payment methods does the hotel accept?

We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard, as well as cash. For online transfers, we use the Stripe platform.

Please note that all reservations must be made by guests over 18 years old and it is necessary to register the ID or passport of guests to stay at the hotel.

Do you offer group discounts?

At Dynamic Hotels we are a chain specialized in group travel. We regularly work with corporate meetings, student groups and sports teams, offering special conditions tailored to each need.

How can I get an invoice for my stay?

If you need an invoice for your stay, you can request it at reception. We will send it by email within a period of 1 to 3 business days, ensuring a convenient and efficient process for our guests.
